Please note that to gain access to the app, users will need to put in their postcode. If staff live outside of Birmingham or Solihull, they must use the post code for their place of work.
Support for muscle and joint pain
Get U better is a free tool designed by local clinicians in Birmingham and Solihull, which has been developed to help take care of joint and muscle pain. Originally created for patients, the app has now been rolled-out to staff working in healthcare in Birmingham and Solihull.
It offers instant access to a personalised programme, easy-to-follow self-progression exercises, and advice on where to seek help when needed. The app supports those with:

- Tendinopathy
